About Me:	Mr. Agha Mohsin Ali has been working in development sector since 2006 with National & International organizations including Women Welfare Organization, Youth in Action, UNDP, BBSA, SEHER, IOM and AGOSH as team leader and member. Over the past nine years he has been actively coordinating with major donors for emergency response, developmental in areas of child rights and education programs implementations management. His key strengths are adaptability, dependability and the determination to get the task done as proven by his varied work experiences in project management, emergency response, advocacy, child rights, youth and education sector, social mobilization, gender, capacity building and Monitoring & Evaluation. As a development consultant, Mr. Agha completed different assignments on child rights, youth, HIV/AIDs and emergencies programs and projects evaluations, baselines, surveys, studies, trainings and manual development in Pakistan and Afghanistan for well reputed organizations and donor agencies. His master degrees in Social work and international relations have enabled him to develop good organizational skills, an analytical/logical approach to tasks and the ability to work under pressure. He is comfortable to work well both at his own initiative and as part of a team. Fluency in a number of native languages: Pashto; full fluency in English, Urdu, Sindhi, Dari, Persian and Balochi. Good working knowledge of SPSS, MS Excel, MS Office and Netscape.
